On 28 April, Senior Consultant David Ruiz will participate in the “Pricing Around the World – Africa Edition” webinar hosted by the ABA Antitrust Law Section. Dr. Ruiz will moderate the session, which will explore pricing rules and restrictions and related questions in Africa. Topics will include price discrimination, below cost/low-cost pricing, excessive pricing, conditional and tied pricing, MAP policies, and price maintenance and drip pricing.
