On 2 September, Managing Director Ling Ling Ang will speak at the ABA Business Law Fall Meeting 2026 in the Consumer Financial Services Committee roundtable “Trends in Consumer Disputes and the Rise of AI in Litigation” with PNC Managing Senior Counsel Peter Cockrell. This roundtable will discuss the current trends in payment fraud/scams, related disputes, and how financial institutions are responding to them. The increasing use of AI by companies and consumers is also shaping the future of litigation. Attendees will examine a range of consumer claims, AI developments and biases in litigation, and AI enhanced pro se litigation.
