On 3 March, Managing Director Ling Ling Ang will moderate a discussion on digital assets, cryptocurrency, and blockchain. The discussion will focus on emerging legal and regulatory issues faced by the courts and the impact those decisions could have on consumers, industry providers, and regulatory entities. The session will be part of a Women in Housing & Finance lunch panel, “Digital Assets Disputes,” which will be held in NERA’s Washington, DC office.
