Dr. Tosini supports firms and their legal advisers in merger reviews, antitrust investigations, the litigation of damages, and public policy issues. He has advised the merging parties in numerous reviews in front of the European Commission, the Bundeskartellamt, and other national competition authorities. Most recently, Dr. Tosini acted as expert for a coalition of claimants led by Deutsche Bahn in the landmark oral hearing at the district court of Munich in the European trucks cartel litigation.
