Emilie Feyler conducts analyses on the economics of antitrust for litigation and merger and acquisition cases. Her experience spans several industries including digital, telecommunications, health care, and consumer products.
Ms. Feyler provides economic consulting services in connection with liability, damages, and class certification issues, specifically for cases involving allegations of conspiracy, price-fixing, abuse of market power, breach of contract, tie-ins, and patent infringement. She has considerable expertise developing statistical models to assess the potential competitive of proposed mergers and acquisitions.
Before joining NERA, Ms. Feyler conducted research for the United Nations and the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development. During her master’s program, she served as an econometrics and statistics teaching assistance for graduate students.
Ms. Feyler currently serves as the Young Economist Representative of the Scholar-in-Residence Selection Committee to the ABA Antitrust Section.
