Emilie Feyler is a Consultant in NERA’s Antitrust and Competition practice, based in White Plains, NY. Emilie Feyler conducts analysis in the economics of antitrust, commercial damages and class certification to prepare expert reports, testimony, and research. She has expertise in analyzing the competitive effects of proposed mergers and acquisitions and in estimating damages in antitrust cases involving cartels, abuse of market power, and intellectual property infringement. Her experience spans a number of industries, including telecommunications, health insurance, and consumer products.

Emilie Feyler has received her master’s degree in economics from Sciences Po Paris.  She taught econometrics and statistics for a graduate course at Sciences Po Paris. Before joining NERA, she conducted research for the United Nations and the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development.

Emilie Feyler currently serves as the Young Economist Representative of the Scholar-in-Residence Selection Committee to the ABA Antitrust Section.
